This is what my project 'Top20 BEST Coilguns available ON MARKEt for LEsS than 1221512$!!!!' started off as. It was originally going to be quite different; it would still be a game, but it'd be more interactive than a slideshow like the final version is. I planned on having it scroll left and right to simulate moving left and right; you'd have to go left to get your "armor vest," then come back to the right to go through the border guard and progress to a cutscene. I originally wanted to make a new character, due to a mix of (1) getting tired of the old characters and (2) wanting the notoriety that @fishfritters gained from making the Remix Gang (Paula, Ian, and Toast). Thus, I made this border guard character and drew a few animations for him. In the end I decided to scrap him, though, either because I didn't like the design, I thought it wouldn't catch on like @fishfritters 's characters, or I thought my pursuit of his reputation by making an OC was too disingenuous. I also thought the gameplay would take too long to code and would be difficult to remix into something new. Eventually I decided to make something closer to "I broke it again." or "is this even tennis anymore" which seemed to be a good decision considering the positive response I got from it.
