WELL! I've been asked plenty of times, and finally I'm doing it! Sorry that there's a lot of text, I just wanted to make sure that the newbies out there would be able to follow. If you're more experienced, you can kinda just skim the parts you already know. xD Use the arrow keys or the spacebar. ALSO I forgot to add I usually use a 8 or 7 sized pixel brush for my sketches, and I always use a paintbrush-- never the pencil. My canvas sizes are usually around 1280x768 for my sketches.
