Stitches hurt. Stitches really hurt. her leg sent a shivering pain to her body, which was warmed by her chest fur. She laid on the side of a stretch of plains, far from civilization. If anyone, anyone could find her, it would help. Blood pooled near her ankle, and vultures were swarming her up above. Was she dead ? No. If it was this much excruciating pain it wouldn't--couldn't be heaven. Ha ! Who was she kidding, who'd bother to help her ? No one. She was an outcast, and nothing about that would change. She tried lifting even a paw, but it was no use. She couldn't move. It was kind of scary. She wanted to run away, to be free from her 'ugly' body. Of course people complimented her on her 'Flawless pink eyes' and 'silky smooth fur.' But, to be honest, she'd heard it a million times already. And, what use was it ?
