Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS AT BOTTOM Object #: SCP-294-2 Object class: Safe Special containment procedures: SCP-294-2 is to be kept in the cafeteria of Site-19 alongside SCP-294's main instance. Level 2 clearance is required to operate the machine and at least two (2) personnel with level 3 clearance must be present during operation of the machine. The water supply of SCP-294 is to be replenished regularly, and to be removed during transportation. Dr. Bright is not allowed, in any shape or form, to operate the machine. Description: SCP-294-2 is a pod-based coffee machine resembling the Keurig model ████ pod coffee machine. 294-2 differs from the main instance of SCP-294 in that it has no keyboard input, but seemingly is able to produce the drink that the user is thinking of during operation. It also does not produce the drink directly, rather it uses a series of pods that produce the desired drink when water is forced through the pod. Pods are dispensed from an abnormal part of the machine never seen in any coffee machines of this make and model. It is unknown where the pods come from, or how the pods achieve the creation of arbitrary liquids from water. Chemical analysis of the pods remain inconclusive, and damage testing reveals that the pods are indestructible by any means, except for the addition of water. Water is supplied from a tank in the back, and it posseses no extraordinary characteristics, and is removable. Dissasembly reveals no anomalous constructions and is seemingly identical to a coffee machine of the same make and model, save for the pod production module which reveals [REDACTED], and the lack of an activation button. Of interesting note is that the machine is capable of producing fictional drinks, or drinks that were completely fabricated by the user's imagination. The machine operates independently of a power source, and it is unknown where the energy to run the machine comes from. For testing logs, see Document 294-2-1. Addendum 294-2-1: Recovery logs of SCP-294-2. SCP-294-2 was recovered from a house in ██████, █████, where it was found in the kitchen. A person was found on the floor next to the machine, with a cup 2 inches from his hand. DNA testing revealed the person to be J███ █████, and autopsy revealed obsidian frozen inside his stomach and 3rd degree burns inside his throat and mouth. Subject presumed to have drank lava from 294-2 and collapsed due to injuries. Police were called after neighbors claimed to have smelled burning flesh, and the foundation was notified after one of the officers was thirsty for a cup of coffee which triggered 294-2 to produce a pod of coffee, after which embedded foundation agents took notice and notified the foundation. All personnel involved in the incident were administered class-A amnestics, and J███'s body was incinerated, and their family had false memories implanted. Press h to hide/show the lists of drinks. Click the top part of the machine. Click the cup. Move the cup to the machine. Click to put down the cup. Type any liquid you can think of. Wait. The machine is making your drink in a pod. Put the pod in the hole. Close the top. Press space to drink it. This is based off of this: http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-294

Description

I really wanted to get it out. So I did. Still in development, most drinks do not have pod skins. Thanks to jgordon510 and Frpzzd for their pod coffee maker and SCP-294 implementation, respectively. I created the new scripts and machine appearance. Sound effects are from SCP: containment breach. I'm too lazy to fix the blurs and hallucinations so the new machine design is prominent, but oh well.
