Not perfect, kinda slow, but somewhat works. Inspired by outside my window _meow_ The screen will fill with falling snow instead of volleys if you wait a while. Plus, there's a limited height for piling to eliminate snow building up in midair, which means there will be a straight line of snow on the ground :(
