Okay.... it's time to bring up a little problem. Lincwave is basically great value watercob. he only knows two attacks, both of which watercob uses. he barely appears in any battles in ESH. and to top it all off, he's a recolor. I made shelbert to REPLACE lincwave, since shelbert has unique attacks, unique sounds, and isn't a recolor.
