Move the produce Obamas slider to the amount of Obamas you wish to produce. This will cost money. Click out of the slider and press space bar to complete production. Sell them using the yellow section of the screen. Use the slider to set the factory level, and the button to the right of it to finalize the upgrade. When the factory level becomes 10, you will get a new facility and a lower production cost. Also, you can add lab funding in the bottom right corner. Lab funding will find discoveries, which you can find in the lab.
