If the y position is high enough, the block changes to a snowy grass block and stamps that instead of a regular grass block. Next, the iron and coal ores scramble around and generate if they're touching stone. Finally, trees get generated by going to a high y position and changing its y by -16 until it touches grass and generates the tree.
