This is the PAL VHS DreamToons Home Entertainment logo, which was used on British and European videotapes of DreamToons EKG films. NOTE: Unlike PAL DVD releases of said films, this version of the logo reads "DreamToons EKG" as opposed to "DreamToons Home Entertainment". Credit to Mr20ThCenturySamInc and jameseninew!
