Story: Basically, Quartz was hated and bullied when his shapeshifting was discovered. He started going everywhere with a mask over his face, covering every feather he could so nobody could know, but later in life (in the red cloak/jacket) he starts to regret taking his anger out on his friends, falling into a state of suffering and his other form Quarrel took over. The rest can be told if you ask.
