RULEZ 4 DTA -if you win, you have to use it. I don't want people winning and then forgetting about it. -You can change the species if you want to furry, cat, dog, human, rabbit. Nothing else. -if the OC has flourescent colors please make them glow in dark lighting. -short bio and name has to be included. Backstories are extra points!!!! Memes and animations too!! -I don't want comments like, "oh I'm never going to win" in the comments!
