Arkria is the capital of the Cosmic Star Spirit's home planet. This sword is given to skill champions who have fought for their kind. There is only one left of which belongs to Grant, passed down from him by hos father, Izera. Izera fought in the first great war and earned this sword at the end of it, sadly the rest of the Cosmic Star Spirits died in the war.
