These 2 are sisters. Ezma on the left is quite obviously emo, whereas her twin Alice is well, a prep if you will. Ezma can make anyone but her sister feel very depressed and be tempted to kill themselves. Alice on the other hanmd can make them feel really happy to do whatever she says, give up, jump off a cliff etc.
