'Pet Bumble Bee' was created for a school research project. This year our class was researching invertebrates. I chose the bumble bee. Along with our typed research paper, we also had to create a tri-fold, a 3D model, and 2-4 activities (number of activities depends on grade level, I had to do 4). Pet Bumble Bee is one of the four activities. A little about bumble bees: Bumblebees are cute little fellas that fly around and pollinate plants. They are extremely important to our planet's ecosystem [a biological community of interacting organisms and their physical environment] and our farmers. They very rarely sting, only in self-defense. I have petted bumble bees before, so I'll let you in on a little secret: THEY ARE VERY FUZZY!!!
