He has slight anger issues and can be illogical because of his constant daydreaming. Also, he doesn't really know much about Magnolia even if they used to talk occasionally because (his excuse) he thought she was smart so he asked questions about his homework, when in reality he just enjoyed talking to her. However, he got suspicious that she liked him and got fearful and awkward to be around her, so they don't talk anymore.
