The kakapo is very important,and is a natural animal from New zealand ONLY.
The settlers in the 1800's killed thousands of kakapo's for their feathers,which they used for selling,the kakapo does not attack or hide when it gets scared,it just stands still,which didn't help so well ˆ∆ˆ
