Controls: Hold Space while clicking the flag to switch turbo mode off. Otherwise it will be on. Turbo mode on: Hold left mouse button to shoot. But when you click the power meter goes down. If the power meter is at zero, you can not shoot. Turbo mode off: Click the left mouse button to fire a shot. You have to lift the button and click again to fire another shot. Because of this there is no power meter as there would be no point to it.
