Hello Rockywoodsiv! I normally use bitmap, so my drawing weren't that great, also because i used the "fill" tool. This is "Poiseon" The poison type eevee! If this were real, then you would get it by getting eevee to know a poison type move. Then you would need to have its affection level to two. then you would go to the swamp to evolve it there. It would then evolve into a Poiseon!
