... No ray this time. Nope. What happened was somebody infected Soundwave with a virus (the same person who likes to download random stuff on him while he's recharging... Gee, I wonder who THAT could be.), so Megatron decided the only way to get rid of it was for someone to patch in (via cortical psychic patch, invented by Shockwave) and delete it from there. I had "volunteered" to do the job. Yeah, I found the virus, and apparently, I was infected. How I got out was a long story...
