Oscar(Or Ozzy) is a small, chubby piplup with a strange desire to fly and the symbol of a star and the symbol of Saturn inside on his floofy belly. He's a darker blue than most other piplup and has shining golden eyes, which are unusual for a Piplup. He is always pointed out for his unique coloring and strange behavior, being kind-hearted and trusting.(Really the only trait Oscar shares with other piplup is his stubborness, but he really has a heart of gold, pun intended) Oscar reads many books(scrolls) about physics and is often seen jumping from high places to test out his theories. Because of his dangerous hobby, Oscar has many nicks and scratches on his face and body, but mostly ignores them. He also wears large goggles on his neck, and he seems to never be without them. Oscar's (few) friends are often surprised by his absurd dream, but none have the heart to say it's physically impossible. His moveset consists of Pound, Bubble beam, Water gun, and an empty slot(Soon to be Whirlpool). He doesn't enjoy fighting much, but will rather use his moves to launch or fling himself into the air to try new flying strategies. Since Oscar studies more science than folklore, he disregards the legend of the Shining and Midnight but is still trying to find the cause of the symbol marked on him and is open to ideas or demands, which can make him seem naive or too trusting at times. His ability is Torrent, which raises the power of his water-type attacks when he is weakened. Use right and left arrows to move through the project.
