These blocks were originally created using sparks' Block Creator 1.0: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/sparks/1451255 which was made for Scratch 1.4. I've updated these because some of my original ideas have already been put in Scratch 2.0 The Block creator couldn't make 'hat' blocks, which is what "when __" should be.
