Pearl's spirit form!! She's called "FlamePearl" :o Basically, the flames are a type of Yokai translated to "anicent battlefield fire" it's spirits of dead soldiers (kinda creepy). I've always loved these types of flames and I was thinking of using them in the design! So, a backstory (kinda) Pearl died near a battlefield and when she died the spirits of the fallen soldiers fused with her spirit. In the process she got burns and scars while getting fused with them (this is why she has bandaids and the bandage). She can control the fire but can never enter a forest, ever (seriously though).
