if your "soul" is red than use any arrow key to move around the box freely. If its blue, use the left and right arrow keys to move right and left, and use the up arrow to start jumping up into the air. keep in mind that you can jump again midair as many times as you want (you will need this), BUT don't go too high otherwise you will go straight down without being able to move left and right. This can be fatal. have fun!
