The character in this is Musicberry, a sort-of Undertale AU I created called SwapMusic. Musicberry has a brother, who goes by the name Music Sans, but his real name is Blurr. Musicberry's brother soon falls into madness after many genocide routes have passed and forces Musicberry into evil.
