Here are my critiques!: 1) I reshaped the face so it looks a bit less odd and I removed the outline so it a bit better. 2) I added a nose, I made the lips smaller and I made the blush look more realistic 3) I changed the hair a bit so that your character has a hairline 4) I put a neck and shoulder on the character 5) I reshape the top so it looks more like a human top 6) I added a skirt 7) I used a circle, reshaped it and used them as legs I also made shoes for it
