! ATTENTION ! I am working on a rewrite that will be a lot better, specifically in the performance area of the game. The link will appear here when I am done. This is obviously based off of Terraria, and is probably my most viewed project. Future Plans: Fall damage Health meter Terraria grass mechanics Easter eggs Block swap Chests Switching engine to Lattice by @CANSLP (which will cause a HUGE reduction in lag, will also make adding ores and underground biomes a lot easier) Performance Improvements ~ Update Log ~ v0.1 Alpha ~ Official Alpha release. v0.2 Alpha ~ Added pausing—it just stops player movement and physics for now. v0.2.1 Alpha ~ Added version number on menu screen :) v0.2.2 Alpha ~ Added 'Carried Item'—right now you can only carry a pickaxe, but in the future I'll make it usable. v0.2.3 Alpha ~ Fixed a pause glitch that made the game unplayable :D Next big one up: Beta Update! :D v0.2.4 Alpha ~ Removed rain due to performance issues. However, the sprite is still there ;) v0.2.5 Alpha ~ Update to grass and dirt tile graphics - they're mine now, made in Pixilart. Also, I partially implemented NPCs, but they're really glitchy. v0.2.6 Alpha ~ Updated grass and dirt tile graphics again - now they're @griffpatch's again. But they're not the original tiles, those ones are lost... Also prevented NPCs from warping down stairs hopefully... v0.2.7 Alpha ~ Switched grass and dirt tiles yet again - also added (slightly inaccurate) FPS counter. You can now see that the game always runs smoothly at 30 FPS. It's smoother with the FPS counter somehow...and I removed NPCs - not entirely though :) v0.2.8 Alpha ~ Added "Notes" button at the top v0.2.9 Alpha ~ Improved performance and added rain again :) v0.2.10 Alpha ~ Made it laggier and re-added NPCs - Sigh...(about the lag) v0.2.11 Alpha ~ Better performance! I added code to both of them and made the cat sprite. I haved to say, it looks quite majestic at night with the moon when you're beside a hill. However, I think monsters should be more likely to spawn at the bottom of hills. What do you think? v0.7 ßeta - Clamped down on file size To avoid Megarraria's untimely demise That is the limit of Scratch project file size So this can live on forever, how nice! Heheheh - please excuse my bad poetry XD Added new swords, and a mining indicator! v0.7.1 ßeta - Removed mining indicator temporarily. I was having issues aligning it with the tiles :( v0.8 Beta - The Corruption Update - The entire world is corrupt! v0.9 Beta - Reverted to v0.7.1 ßeta. v0.9.1 Beta - Changed update log. v0.10 Beta - I broke it.
