the cats are Gingerscar(left) and her mate Caleb(right) they aren't allowed to meet up because Gingerscar will be exiled if she has kits with him. they did have kits so, she got exiled. so this scene is about them about to run away together to (possibly) start a clan of their own. "Caleb! Caleb? where are you?" Gingerscar quietly called. "I'm here, did you get exiled?" he asked hopefully "yes, I said that I was having kits with a loner and they all got upset," she told him. Caleb looked up at the stars "do you think...that we are meant to be together?" he asked "every day why?" she asked. "just checking your loyalty" he joked.
