if you have not seen the main color wars project look at it http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/warriorbunny/2927179 every member of the team must agree to be on the team only one member has to remix but all members must be listed and drawn in the box (if you would not like to draw them then you can use one of templates from sprite one) your team must also have a color name. CHECK THE GALLARY FIRST TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE NOT PICKING A TEAM COLOR THAT HAS ALREAD BEEN TAKEN http://scratch.mit.edu/galleries/view/182099 you do not need a theme song that part is just an added thing ^^
