Space to change tools (Some Tools Have, and will be changed.) Use the speech tool to make circles say things. Use the Builder to create buildings (Click the Background to use it, Costs $10) Use the more population to create 50 circles. (Costs $50) Use the Remover to remove circles. Use the Spawn Murderer tool to spawn a murderer. And make sure to rebuild the city!

More Details: Buildings: If a circle touches a building, it gives you $1 (in-game) without any delay, so a normal building could give you hundreds per second. Try to make as much buildings as you can! (Also balance it with the population so that you don't lose.) Population: Circles are your population. Keep an eye on the Population meter in the top right. If you run out of population, you lose. Money: It costs money to build things and make more population. Try making a building so that you get more money. If you run out of money, you get a countdown. If it gets to 1 and you have no money still, you lose. Murderers: Murderers can make the population drop either massively or slightly. Murderers can at random times, go on massacres and move everywhere, usually dropping the population by a lot. Murderers can also destroy buildings, which either slightly, or greatly get rid of money. Disasters: Tornado: Tornadoes move at random speeds, and in random places. If a tornado touches a circle, the circle dies. All of the movement means tons of death. Bosses: Alien: The alien boss moves to random places, after it's done moving, it readies a laser. When the laser is fired, it can destroy buildings and usually make the population drop massively. The alien boss appears 100 seconds after the game starts. The alien boss gets hurt if you click it. Try to lower it's HP to 0.
