Well, looks like Scratch 3.0 broke all my games that use this style of collision detection. Welp.
See "Beta 2", which is even better! http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/PIGEON1qwerty/3026169 Yes, the beta of a demo! This is the demo of my upcoming game, Sonic & Tails. It will, like Sonic 2 and Sonic 3 & Knuckles, have Tails tagging along for the ride. In this beta of a demo, however I only have Sonic working. It's not perfect, but it's got a lot of things working semi-accurately, like: Smooth X and Y scrolling Authentic Sonic sprites Rolling physics (going faster when rolling downhill, and not being able to change your momentum with a roll-jump) Controls: Arrow Keys Left/Right: Move Arrow Keys Up: Look Up Arrow Keys Down (While Standing Still): Crouch Arrow Keys Down (While Moving): Roll Space Bar: Jump Enjoy!
