1) sketch (oh god) 2) Line art 3) Base color 4) 2nd color 5) 3rd color 6) Eyes 7) Eye shines 8) ears 9) Light (Done in another program) 10) Background and that was the order in which this was done :) Also the art sucked XD also it didn't take me very long to do this.. maybe like 10 (37) minutes? Or more. eh what ever :)
