If your character would like to appear on Scratch Elimination: Summer Time 3.0 ULTIMATE, you can do. Rules: Add your Original OC to the Left and your Swimsuit to the Right. Add your age, (you can add Private or ???), gender, and extra notes. No scary characters allowed!
