i forgot to mention, once you have been fitted, the collar will only allow you to touch it. for example, a toki trying to steal it would get a terrible shock, while an oogie would not, but if they were not you, they would get a very very tiny shock. And it only responds to you. If a different oogie tried to open it, the collar would not respond
