Ok, so in order to move from one den to another, you need to click on them, same for the cats. The green blob on the right wall is how to get out and leave. Another thing is to click on the cat in the beginning and wait until she is done talking until you go into the dens. The nest-like looking thing on the rock is how to get into the dens.
