A pirate bird design for @zebrastar516. Notes on the design: You can choose whether the necklace has beads or pearls. The silver bands around their wing are loose and light enough that they can open their wing and fly just fine. You can choose if there are bands on the other wing. The pink marks on their face and leg are scars. Feel free to simplify/change the design if you want. :)
