SO!!! i was playing SSBU and i made a custom Mii, and i loved the outfit and look, so... i used that as the base for this! this is basically Neon's new Battle Suit, and a Dark Matter hand-cannon, which can fire basic Lasers, Fireballs, and Grenades. also, the song has nothing to do with Neon. i just like it.
