He can be seen like, every five scene changes getting ever so closer to the camera, where in the ending he'll pop up and make an inaudible screeching noise and everyone screams with him. While he's coming closer, he makes many references to stuff like four's energy blasts, memes, and other cancerous junk... or something like that.
