just draw it's so easy SORRY IF THE BACKDROP IS WIERD IT BROKE FOR ME I CANT FIX IT You need to set brightness and saturation to negative numbers down to -100 for pale and/or dark colors
I used griffpatch_tutor 's https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/200612186/ project for the pixel placing but everything else was me. Sorry it isn't that good I was planning on making it "pixel poster" but I got bored and the back drop broke. I will probably want to work on it again some other time then I can make it better and make it 'pixel poster" so you can post things so others can see.
