Backstory: E3ror was exploring the forest out of town one day, when he came across a strange laboratory. It seemed to be abandoned, except for the fact that there was still a console still one. It only displayed a simple download option for a file called "Entry_17.gsd". He tried to resist downloading it, but his hand was moving towards the download button, even though he was resisting. After his hand touched the download button, he had many traumatic flashbacks. When he went back to town, he realized anyone he touched also went through a similar phase, and turned into a "Fellen" version of themselves. They have no sane judgement, and only desire to cause destruction.
