x1CA well that's easy you see, her data/memory/etc is stored in one large machine, which can replace her in the event of her death like nothing ever happened how else would she have respawned after the first ambush? of course, the machine is included in the actual fight where we destroy it once and for all (cough cough assuming she doesn't come back cough)
