A while after the incident with Richard Onilittle, or, Tweety, some restaurant owners came across the story and were like "Hey, honestly the character concept sounds good enough for a kids entertainment and food chain." So they ripped off Tweety, named their creation Tootie, and set up shop. And the ghost of Tweety was not having it. You're a new security guard on the night shift.
