When a rectangle showing a note name appears, press these buttons before it goes all the way down: Press the q for Do, w for Re, e for Mi, r for Fa, t for So, y for La, u for Si, and i for High C. Hit in the brown zone for quadruple points and in the green zone for double. Supports major keyboard.
