Instructions

Miss the Scratch 2.0 drums? Use this project! The instructions are simple: - Move the "Scratch 2.0 Drums" sprite into your backpack. - Put it into whatever project you want. - Move all of the instrument sounds into whatever sprites you want to play the 2.0 drums. - Move the custom block into the sprites. - Use the "play 2.0 drum () for () beats" block found in "My Blocks" for each sprite. - Profit!

Description

About the "play 2.0 drum () for () beats" block: - It functions the exact same way as the "play drum () for () beats" block did in Scratch 2.0 (putting an invalid number plays drum 3). - It uses the "tempo" block, requiring the Music extension. This was pretty hard to make. I downloaded the drums from the GitHub repository for Scratch 2.0, but some of the files didn't sound the way they normally did, so after looking in the repository some more, I found out that some of the files had different pitches when used in Scratch 2.0. I used Audacity and changed the pitches for the specified files so that they matched how they sounded in Scratch 2.0. I was planning to also add the Scratch 2.0 notes, but since Scratch doesn't have pitch changes for sounds, this was impossible without having to create enough files to go past the upload limit :(.
