Arrow keys/space I have a thing for ocean themed characters ✰✰✰✰✰ Name: not sure yet, probably Blu or something Gender: male Species: dog/sea cucumber Likes: salad, water, his coral collection, sailor-themed things, blues and greens, playing fetch Dislikes: hot foods, fur, crabs, being away from water, chlorine ✰✰✰✰✰ 1) first drawing 2) realistic-ish; his dog parts are German shepherd like (in my imagination), so I used German shepherds for my reference *constructive criticism is appreciated* ✰✰✰✰✰ Blu (let's just call him that for now) is a dog/sea cucumber. Not a dog/fish like you were probably expecting. His paws and tail are sea cucumber parts and are very, very slimy. On land, he is constantly slipping. His fur is always oily and he gives very slimy hugs. He loves giving hugs and gives them often. (if I had to compare him to something, it would be the Pokémon Goodra). His saliva and slime are bioluminescent (as seen in the second picture). He's not the smartest or the fastest or the strongest, but he's a really good friend. He doesn't have a "huge" backstory, but he is trying to help out Uma (another OC). He sees Uma as the sibling he never had and both are inseparable. She isn't bothered by his hugs like others are. He's an only child and manages kelp gardens in his spare time. He is a vegetarian (that's the sea cucumber in him) and a large part of his diet is kelp based (or whatever real sea cucumbers eat). He visits his parents often and loves blowing bubbles on land and in the water (he's like a child).
