This is the beginning of a 3d terrain generator I'm working on that is made entirely up of cubes. Click the "New random terrain" button to render. Sometimes only parts of a tree will render or random floating leaves will appear. This is because the rendered area is not large enough. Please leave suggestions in the comments. Added in Alpha 6: Grass can only grow on dirt. New controls: pressing space doesn't do anything anymore A next season button generates the same terrain in the next season with different trees. A view layer button lets you view different layers of the terrain. A cactus will sometimes appear in deserts. They are twice as common as trees in a desert. Fixed a mistake I made where flowers are less common in the spring instead of more common. Features I want in later versions (features marked with a "-" might come in Alpha 7): -Rotating -A slider control for layer viewing -Some cacti appear 2 blocks tall Sand near water and underwater Little to no grass underwater When the next season button is clicked, make the tree positions be the same. Rivers, waterfalls, and water carved terrain. More realistic blocks (to avoid confusion) Multiple chunks (16x16 blocks) A seed Caves Lava underground Add clay 3d rendering algorithms (no isometric drawing) Maybe eventually turning it into a game. Alphas 8 and 9 might not come for a long time. The computer I am using is becoming too slow to handle the program's scripts.
