Usually the instructions will appear below mario. Click mario to get a mario. (obviously) When you have reached 1M+ marios atlas once it'll allow you to rebirth. When you get a rebirth, when clicking or gaining a Mario via mps it will be multiplied by how many rebirths you have. Press the spacebar to add a spacebar to the spacebar counter for fun.
