Ayy, welcome to my Official Chains MAP! <3 Read those beautiful rules if you'd like to join, alrighty? Don't worry, you'll be walked right through the rules and it'll be a breeze. Let's start! <3 ((when you click the color ref button, press space to exit! <3)) Actually, heuheu, before we jump into those rules, I just wanted to suggest some things for those of you that are animating things that are LGBTQ-related! Say your character is a doggo. Your doggo is asexual, but you're not sure how to show that. Welp, here are a few solutions! Ever since I started making characters representing the LGBTQ community, I put a ribbon around them with the flag colors on it! My asexual doggo would have a wide ribbon tied around its little wrist, yee! I tend to make the ribbon ends long, the length depending on how happy the character is with itself. <3 Another idea is just plain necklaces with hearts on them that contain the colors. Simple and easy! So yeah, things like that. Small, noticeable (but not too noticeable) accessories! Okay, now let's slide down to the rules! 1. Uhh, read through all of these rules and not just the beginning... ^ ^" thanks! 2. You really don't have to be in the LGBTQ community to join, my dude! No one's being left out here. This won't have to be totally focused on pride, although it would make me happy to know that a large amount of it is. <3 3. Please, no mean stuff! Rude/antigay comments, projects, and others are not tolerated. Don't be a homophobe, das not nice! 4. Le codeword is Oof! Don't ask.. ;I 5. Try to make your artsy stuff unique and original! I don't mind if you use reference and all of that, because that actually really helps, but try not to copy off of anyone, whether they're in the MAP or not! 6. Don't remix if you have not claimed a part, please! I'm sorry if I don't respond within a week or two- it probably means you're not the type for this map. Don't worry, though! I will be posting some beginner-friendly maps soon, so keep an eye out! 7. The REAL codeword is Rochambeau! ((Heuheu, let me know if you know where that reference is from!)) Also, to hide the codeword more and sorta confuse anyone that just copies the codeword off of other comments, hide the word 'oopen' in your sentence as best you can! 8. If you do happen to get a part, you'll most likely be leaving here with a deadline. If you ever need an extension, don't be afraid to let me know! Just remember that the extension limit is 2 weeks, and I can only give you two extensions overall. If something is urgent and you ABSOLUTELY cannot finish your part in time, let me know and we'll work it out, alrighty? <3 9. The only parts you can have sorta depressing stuff are the slow and build-up parts. Look in the top right corner of the project and you'll see what I mean. The insane-ish parts, though, must not have any depressing things, as these parts will be on having pride in yourself and being happyyy! ((I'm also going to mention that there will be absolutely nothing that could get your project OR the complete map terminated. We want to keep everything clean and kid-friendly! 10. I would really prefer that you only used one sprite, but you can use 2 if needed. I'll only let people in desperate need use 3, as I want to have the smallest amount of sprites possible for this map! 11. If you have an animating program and you're used to using it, please use that! It really makes the outcome look nice, as long as you make decent quality, haha! A 960 x 720 canvas will work best if you don't know what size to use. If you don't have an animating program or DO have one but you're not used to using it yet, that's totally fine! Whatever is most comfortable for you! 12. Add a watermark, please! <3 13. While you're typing out what part you'd like, throw in a few animation examples in there for me, will you? It makes it a bit easier and I can respond quicker! 14. I'm sorry, but if you're super lazy and sloppy with your part, you may be disqualified. Fortunately, It may be added to a different part to a beginner MAP, if that's okay with you! 15. Lastly, one of the most important rules of all is to follow the script and color palette. If the beginning of your script says "S", then please follow the first color palette inside the project, and make your part sorta slow and pmv-ish. If the beginning of your script says "B", then please follow the second color palette inside the project, and make your part kind of trippy and weird, as well as building up the speed a bit, yk? Flashing or changing colors is recommended. If the beginning of your script says "I", then please follow the second color palette inside the project, and make your part sort of insane, kinda trippy, fun, and fast! Remember to make it slow enough that you know what's going on, though! Flashing and changing colors is highly recommended, just don't burn your eyes out <3
this came out too perfect
