The Christmas present my brother Sam gave me 8 months ago, stopmotionified. :) This is just a little preview -- the full version wouldn't fit inside the 10MB limit at ~3000 frames and ~43KB a frame... Everything apart from Chell (and her companion cube) is *not* stop motion: the doors, elevator and the portals are all motorised, and he included a Mindstorms brick that opens the door when the button is pressed down. It requires very exact timing to get the portals straight, though... :P ----- This was made with the help of Kurt, a Python module I'm working on. It can read/write .sb files, and it can compile/decompile a Scratch project to a directory containing all the scripts and images. Compiling the project with Kurt takes about 10 seconds, whereas importing 160 costumes into Scratch by drag/drop takes aaagggeeesss. It parses scripts from text files in scratchblocks format to graphical scripts in the Scratch file. More about Kurt: http://github.com/blob8108/kurt
