The 2nd public beta of Pent9 OS V0.3 This was made in Scratch 1.4, and as a result, it is extremely laggy and buggy. Downloading it used to fix these problems, however it does not anymore. These issues will be remedied in the next release of Pent9 OS CHANGELOG: -Added a large "under construction" message to the login screen. -Added new desktop backgrounds -Removed old desktop backgrounds -Added a new UI for changing the desktop background -Added a prototype web browser called Radar -Fixed some bugs and glitches -Some other minor tweaks and changes Beta 0.2 had a bug in the installer that none of the buttons showed up, so I decided to name it Beta 0.2.1 after the fix. I don't know how many Betas there are going to be, hopefully no more than three or four.
