ENtRY!!!! ------------------------------------- Story time! About 8 Moons befor this, Duskheart (Grey cat) had a crush one Lilypeatal. Lilypeatal was the most beautiful cat in the clan, and he told her how he felt. She then told him she liked him too. They then had 3 kits, Sorrelkit, Burrkit, and Rosekit. Then one day while Lilypeatal was hunting she was attacked by a badger, the badger killed Lilypeatal. When the body was found the kits started to cry, and cry. Duskheart was so distraught he sat for vigal then left to his nest and only came out to eat or hunt. Two moons after Lilypeatals death, Twolegs came and started to buldoze the camp. Everone evacuated, but when Mousefang and Crookedfur were going out they heard mewls from the nursury. When they went in to check they found Sorrelkit, Burrkit and Rosekit. Crookedfur took Burrkit and Sorrelkit, and Mousefang took Rosekit. Mousefangh burst out the exit, but Crookedfur didn't. He had caught his paw on a root and fallen.Duskheart sighed and walked slowly away. 'Dont you want your kit?" Asked Mousefang through a fuffled voice. " Meh, Naw. I dont have a family anymore." "WHAT!?!? Dont you even care for your own kit!" Screached Hazeltail, a Queen whos kit was eaten by an eagle." I would be blessed to even have one of my kits left!" Duskheart then ran to the front, obviously wanting to be left alone. "Here, I'll take her Mousefang, In facty I'll adoupt her." "Won't Duskheart want her back?" "If he won't take her, I will." Five moons later Duskheart regreted his decision. He decided to tell Roseheart he was her father. When he told his plans to Hazeltail she said" Mouseclaw was right, you do want her back, and I approve of it fully." So later that day Duskheart asked if he could talk to Roseheart privatly. "Suuurrreee..." She reluctantly agreed. She had heard he had once abandon his family and to steer clear of him "What, I'm later for a hunting patrol." "The patrol can wait." " Why? Its not like YOU hunt for your family!!!" This hurt him bad, she could see it in his eyes. "I'm sorry, what do you need to tell me?" "Hazeltail isn't your mom, your mom was killed and you had two other brothers. I am your father, I am soo sorry i abandon you. I came to make it up to you, but I would understand if you are angry with me." "Angry? No, I am so happy you told me." She than purred so loud it startled away a few birds.
